About Me
Hello, I'm Chloe Hutchesson. I grew up in Murray Bridge and have lived in good ol' Adelaide for some time. I have now moved closer to my hometown to be closer to family, friends and the classic savoury slice (Note: if you don’t know what it is, I encourage you to make a day trip to the Murray Bridge Bakeries – you won’t be disappointed). I am so thankful you have taken the time to read my about me page and how Little Blossom Support was created.
I have always been around children growing up due to my mum working as an educator. I loved creating games and thinking outside the box to engage children in activities. I have always been fascinated with the nature vs. nurture debate, and how we can explore these areas to make positive changes to improve one's life. It probably comes as no shock that I went on to study Psychology and completed my honours degree in 2020.
My passion for supporting people with a disability was further cemented when I was fortunate enough to be a part of the Community Re-Entry Program at Flinders University. This is where I met some fascinating and profoundly resilient people living with an acquired brain injury. I have since worked as a mentor, support coordinator and psychosocial recovery coach for multiple years. I use my experiences and knowledge of the NDIS, and the broader community, to support people living with a disability. I started Little Blossom Support to provide quality service to people living with a disability and support them to blossom – however that may look for them.
In my spare time, I love getting creative with all sorts of art (see photos below). I love spending time with my family, my gorgeous dog, going on adventures and finding out new and interesting things to see and do in SA. I consider myself a problem solver and am never afraid to get creative to get the desired outcome.
If you engage me as either a support coordinator or psychosocial recovery coach, you'll receive support that will go the extra mile to help you achieve your goals. I will meet with you and your support network to build knowledge and cater to your individual needs. I am a very down-to-earth, patient, and caring person, and I am a sucker for being organised (see my pantry photo below for proof). No job is too big or too small, and I will be honoured to work alongside you, should you consider engaging with Little Blossom Support.
